How to reduce your risk of DVT during a long-distance flight, train or car journey:
  1. do anti-DVT exercises

  2. consider flight socks.

  3. wear comfortable,loose clothes

  4. walk around whenever you can,do sit for too long

  5. drink plenty of water.

  6. don't drink alcohol or take sleeping pills.
